This is not to confuse management program with the management list, which describes a management system for non-project-related needs, which are generally united by shared resources that a common strategic objective.

Management program is the practice of conversion of `vision of the direction in apparent result, the implementation of multiple projects, correlated. While the project components are intended to deliver specific products or outputs (eg a new advertising strategy, the reconstruction of a curriculum or training program), the overarching program delivers results – for example, the benefits that a new advertising strategy is intended to provide.

When is management program needed?
